Mahila Atma Nirbharata Kendra (MANK)- Melamchi,Sindhupalchok is a non-profit organization working in different community development approach since 2048 BS based in Sindhupalchok District. Currently it is looking for the potential candidates for the Nepal Earthquake Response Project partnership with OXFAM GB Nepal.
1. Job title: Logistics Officer
DESIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in management or relevant field with 3 years of experience in logistics in humanitarian sector.
 Team-working skills.
 Flexibility and willingness to work long hours.
 Ability to organize and prioritize work.
 Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs. Ability to work within minimal supervision.
 Good written and spoken English.
 Sensitivity to cultural differences, and the ability to work in a wide variety of cultural contexts.

2. Job title: Gender Officer
Job purpose:
Under leadership of Program Coordinator, the post holder plan, implement and monitor Gender program at field level ensuring result oriented quality program delivery for Gender , protection and gender mainstreaming of earthquake affected vulnerable community.
Qualification, Skills and competencies
• Bachelor degree in gender studies or related subjects of social science with at least 5 years of experience or Masters in gender studies or related subjects of social science with at least 1 years of experience on humanitarian response . Also should have experience of working on gender issues in humanitarian and recovery situations.
• Good organization and interpersonal skills, ability to build capacity of stakeholder and field staffs are added advantages.
• Ability to work under pressure and ready to work long hours if required
• Gender sensitive
• Excellent report writing skills both in English and Nepali.
• Experience and understanding of community mobilization in relation to gender and women empowerment activities
• Have knowledge on gender and gender mainstreaming
• Strong planning, analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Good social mobilization, motivation and community sensitization skills
• Good communication, reporting and documentation skills
• Self-management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Ability to work independently as required.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Sensitivity to the needs and priorities of disadvantaged population particularly women and children

3. Job title: Livelihood technician (infrastructure overseer)
Job purpose:
Under leadership of EFSVL officer, the post holder plan, implement and monitor EFSVL program at field level ensuring result oriented quality program delivery for livelihood recovery of earthquake affected vulnerable community.
Qualification, Skills and competencies
• Diploma in civil overseer with at least 3 years of experience in infra-structure development and rehabilitation or BE in civil engineering with one year of experience in relevant sector.
• Prior experience of working in rehabilitation of irrigation channel adds value.
• Experience of working in livelihood related project
• Good social mobilization, motivation and community sensitization skills
• Knowledge in on farm and off farm enterprise development
• Strong planning, analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Good communication, reporting and documentation skills
• Self management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Ability to work independently as required.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

4. Job title: Livelihood technician (Enterprise Development Facilitator)
Job purpose:
Under leadership of EFSVL officer, the post holder plan, implement and monitor EFSVL program at field level ensuring result oriented quality program delivery for livelihood recovery of earthquake affected vulnerable community.
Qualification, Skills and competencies
• Diploma level ( preferably Bachelor) in social science/ agriculture /enterprise development with minimal 4 years of experience in enterprise promotion
• Prior experience of working in cooperative, agricultural and livestock producer groups and enterprise promotions
• Prior working experience in business plan development of cooperatives and SMMEs and facilitation on vocational training course provided by CTEVT.
• Experience of working in livelihood related project
• Good social mobilization, motivation and community sensitization skills
• Knowledge in on farm and off farm enterprise development
• Strong planning, analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Good communication, reporting and documentation skills
• Self management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities

5.. Position title: Agriculture Technical Assistant (ATA) – 1
Job purpose:
Under leadership of EFSVL officer, the post holder plan, implement and monitor EFSVL program at field level ensuring result oriented quality program delivery for livelihood recovery of earthquake affected vulnerable community.
Qualification, Skills and competencies
• Junior Technical Assistant (JTA) in Agriculture/Livestock with at least 5 years of experience in food security and livelihoods projects or Junior Technician (JT) in Agriculture/Livestock with two year of experience in relevant sector.
• Prior experience of working in humanitarian response and food security adds value.
• Experience of working in livelihood related project
• Good social mobilization, motivation and community sensitization skills
• Knowledge in on farm and off farm enterprise development
• Strong planning, analytical and strategic thinking skills

6. Job title: Finance/HR Assistant
Job purpose:
Under leadership of Program Coordinator and Finance Officer, the post holder plan, implement and monitor finance and HR at NERP ensuring for good program implementation.
Qualification, Skills and competencies
• He/she should have bachelor’s degree in Management with 1 year of work experience.
• He/she should have sound knowledge of basic accounting tools
• Good communication skills, numerical skills.
• He/she should be able to perform admin and HR related documentation/tasks like maintaining staff personal file, Leave records and other staff related documents
• He/she should have able to work with Microsoft tools like Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferences will be given to the candidates who are familiar with accounting software
